Welcome to the place where you can find many good food and many Mirians like this place (apart from its limited car park) This building is actually belonged to an association called Hopoh (a kind of hakka language) and the ground floor is used for food business. I believe they have been operated for decades as i remembered when i was young i been there before. Let me show you what are the goodies you can find there.

First of all, the kueh chap. Definitely one of the best in Miri and served in 2 different sizes. If you are a big eater, go for a big bowl! Added with marinated egg and deep fried tofu, the taste of the soup is great! not too salty and yet very enjoyable. Definitely one of the best i ever had in Miri.

Don't worry. That's not all they have. This is specially interested by most girls: Have a taste on Hakka Lui Cha! According to my understanding, this is a kind of dishes originated from Hakka. A very healthy way of eating as it is pretty much 0% fat available. It is a bowl with rice, mint, roasted peanuts, chopped long beans, kai chai (a kind of vegetables which is bitter in taste), chai po (a kinf od marinated vegetables originated from china which is salty and fragrance) served with a bowl of soup made of mixture of tea leaves and herbs (i need to confirm on this one when i got the chance). Mint is specially good for girls but not that healthy for boys. I forgot the reason why but if any guys would like to try it, there's no harm so don't worry :).

Another famous dishes over this place is the curry chicken rice. You can go for special version which added with marinated pork and marinated egg. The way it is served here is they have the rice as base and chicken meat and others on top if you are ordering special version, followed by curry gravy all over it. For some they might found it soaky and not nice. But if you like the fullness of curry flavoured meal, this is your dish! Every spoonful of rice and meat wil have the great flavour of curry around it and always keep your mouth from being dry for sure :) Go for it! It might be one of your favourite in your wanted list!
