ok, tried the place out last week, finally. and let this klang born n bread aunty giv some comment on this proclaimed klang bak kut teh shop.

setting: clean and nice. but the real klang BKT shops dun hv self service hot water, but individual kettle with either gas or charcoal stuff (approx 4 tables to one kettle). the order person will usually comes with a tray of selections of tea..

FOOD: tasted extremely good... but that is becoz MSG usage is as though they got FOC supply of it... i got to take so much of fruits, tea n water later to try to clear my throat.. the soy skin use is not pre-fried, so it is rather pale and dun hv tat right texture. but i like the crunchy garlic served on the fried beans..

Price: if i not mistaken, my mom commented that pork price here is miri is cheaper than klang, but the BKT is sold at RM10 per pax and smaller portion... so it is expensive.

if the can reduce the usage of MSG, n yet maintain the taste, then it is good, otherwise, no return.. I'm not a MSG person.
